Hello, Sorry for the inconvenience by the issue. The issue is related to the permission mechanism updated on tvOS 17.2. AiVideos 1.0.3 fixed the issue and it's available on App Store now. The app works great on my iPhone However, on the app my AppleTv, it’s in a another language (I believe German). The default language on the AppleTv is English (US) and there’s nothing in the app itself that allows me to change it to Englishimjmbnd007

Hello, Thanks for feedback the issue, and we had reproduced the issue on Apple TV 4K (4gen). Apple TV HD have no problem to display English. App's display language will align to iOS or tvOS settings of the devices, there is no option in the App. We will check the issue and resolve it ASAP. Not sure why, but was following Asustor’s instructions on how to setup this app so I could stream media to my AppleTV. Got it installed and immediately it comes up all in German. Nothing else in my setup is in any language but English. I laboriously used Google translate to navigate and set up the server which seems to work, but I was hoping after I got it set up it would have some sort of advanced settings menu somewhere to change. I get logged into my NAS and find “Settings,” but it’s just for the server connection. This app is crude and overall doesn’t seem to do anything any more advanced and better NAS interface app could do; and at least those don’t spontaneously change language for no good reason and have no way to change back.Show lessJoe Blow 07

Hello, If you want to playback on Apple TV, you can consider to install AiVideos Apple TV version directly. And please help to email stanleyhsu@asustor.com to provide screenshot and more detail information about the problems you met. The language of the App should be aligned to the mobile phone settings. I cannot clear understand the issues you mentioned here. Sorry for the inconvenience.What the heck
When i try to use it says to update to the latest app but this is the latest app . How about at least updating the app so that it workstotally disapointed user

I finally get the settings on my AS5202T set and can access the videos on my NAS and Asustor updates this app and makes it so I can no longer use it, because my iPad isn't compatible with iOS 13.

Since a few update the app wont see my NAS. Have to manually input IP.
Plus it doesnt read half the files that VLC can so basically we dont use AIvideo anymore...nicfortij

Hello, Do you use wi-fi in same LAN to auto search NAS, but it cannot find the NAS ? The integrated video player in AiVideos can support to playback most videos we tested. Unable to play a simple h264 MP4 720 video
Choppy to the point to be unable to watch a simple h264 MP4 file.

App closes when changing phone orientation
I find this app is buggy. If I open the app when my iPhone is vertical is works fine. Then if I open the app when my iPhone is horizontal it automatically closes.
The other apps that Asustor have release also have issues. These apps with close for no apparently reason and you have to begin again.Prana1234
