Doesn’t work
It worked at first. Now, it just keeps trying to sync. I have deleted it and reinstalled it, and still it does not work. Super frustrating when you are trying to document clinical hours on scene without internet.
Not practical
This app is not user friendly, especially in emergency settings. It’s not as horrible as the testing part of their complete program, but it’s horrendous to use and I dread my ems education because of the use of this program.

Great App
So after using this program I have come to love it. Really is very helpful, especially offline. However there is one thing that I find annoying. I am unable to upload documents from iCloud. Would love to see this and the ability to select multiple documents.
Freezes during sync
Don’t bother, it won’t work. It opens and promptly freezes. I’ve read reviews in the google store that many have the same issue.
Please fix this mega problem
Might want to consider fixing the problems with the app because no one in my class can use the app anymore and it was a great add on until this last update where the app wont sync
Never finishes loading
App never finishes loading after most recent update. Stalls out at "syncing program type options". App is now unusable until this is fixed.
It wont work
I tried to load my classwork after the new update and it wont load anything. Talked with one of my classmates and he is having the same issue.
Stuck at 62% syncing
Pretty good app and service for documenting/testing. I like the mobile app for documenting while on shift so I have less homework to do. Unfortunately the app now gets stuck at 62% "syncing" and is totally useless after the update, so I have to 1-star it.
Infuriating
Last update it froze syncing at 69%. This update it freezes at 62%. I cannot overstate how much I hate this app.
