tôi không biết dùng từ nào chính xác hơn bằng "láo" khi nói về cái cách họ trả lời email, tôi mở nhiều tab cùng một lúc xem vở nào khác nhau thế nào, tôi chọn vở tôi thích rồi thanh toán nhưng không ngờ lại thành ra nhầm vở, trang của họ nói không hoàn tiền chứ có bảo là không đổi vở đâu, trong khi giá vé là như nhau! họ không trả lời tử tế mà lại thấy láo gì đâu trong cách họ trả lời, thật bực ghê lắm. tôi sẽ không dùng app này thêm một lần nào nữa.
