Thanks for the upgrade
So glad you fixed the request a title feature. Had to have it. I like the geolocation features for finding a book that is available on the shelf. And I like being able to add upcoming events to my calendar. Good changes.
Would rate higher, but . . .
The app isn't very user friendly or useful.
Scanning a barcode doesn't work correctly. At first it wanted to take my picture. Then once it switched to the correct camera, all it did was beep. It didn't tell me if the item was available. In other words, nothing happened.
After searching the catalog for an item, there's no way to put it on hold. That function needs to be added. Otherwise why use the app? You can simply use the library's website.
The only good thing about the app is that you can use it to check your account to see what you have due before going to the library. But you could also do that on the website.

A downgrade in every way (0 stars)
Worst offense: You can't reserve items from the app even though the help screen says you can (and we could from previous app).
Next problem is that the user interface stinks and tons of poor programming. For example, sometimes to go back you hit "back" in the upper left. Other times you hit "close" in the upper right. And sometimes you don't go back to the screen you were just at. And most of the buttons on an item's page are inactive after going to see locations and then going back to the item page. And... I think you get the idea.
The app has been out for almost a half year and hasn't been updated even though there is obviously work to be done.

Worse than I originally thought
2nd take: There is no way to put a hold on a book. This is an essential feature and it was available in the previous 2 mobile apps.
1st take: When first released, it wouldn't allow a log-in. After calling support, they got it working within a couple days. Now my biggest gripe is that it won't display in landscape mode on my iPad. Also, nothing shows in my loan history, despite the fact that I've been borrowing books for years.
