What the heck
I like the new app and added functionality, but all my bill pay info and scheduling has been deleted. My mortgage and many other bills were scheduled out and I was never informed of the change! That's pretty messed up. It's frustrating having to go in and schedule everything again, but the idea that I could have missed all my monthly payments is just outright irresponsible of TBOGC. Don't get me wrong I've always appreciated the bank, but this is a serious issue.Show lessCatskill Skier
