Automatically purchased before I had actually made a decision, very weird process for purchasing. Now I’m down 35$ because some mess leading buttons

I have had the best results ever thanks to this products. I’m in my 30s and still have acne problems but MDacne has helped clear up what issues I had. As well as the product the customer service is what really needs to be talked about. I lost my package and the post office was no help. Even though it was the mailman’s fault for delivering to the wrong address I was not able to file a claim. So it was as if I lost my kit for this month. I was devastated MDacne kept in contact over the week and is sending me another package to replace the one lost. I’ve never had a company do so much to make sure the customer was satisfied and I’m beyond it at this point I’ve mentioned MDacne to friends and I will keep recommending to anyone that asks what I use. Thank you MDacne for being the best and to anyone thinking if they should try it yes yes you should.

Great cooling sensation

When I first tried this product I thought that the cooling moisturizer was a good topper for skincare. Although my acne did reduce, I think I’d prefer products I can use on the daily, your $9 trial is a really good way for people to test your products and see if they’d want to continue using it on the long-term. Needless to say, the acne treatment cream is great and is good for me to use. Sometimes the products are a little tingly though which is fine, however I am on a time cramp in the morning and I like using daily products for sensitive skin, I have products that are not done yet so I will have to use those before trying more MDacne products. You are a great brand with good researchers. It is a little pricy for me to pay the $24 a month thing, but if you’re an adult working and have acne products I think it’s safe to try MDacne continuously and reduce products from different brands as to lower your sensitivity, they say continuity is key and that’s true for skincare, since this brand focuses on acne I hope more people become more confident with your products(acne can make people lose esteem but it’s okay, acne is natural and there’s always a remedy, don’t feel like hope is lost I just know that if your face isn’t super sensitive to customized skincare than that means you can overcome acne within a month to one year)

This app sucks

Trust me I do not recommend this ad rather throw my money in the river than way to my money on this app it scammed me my order was supposed to be $15 as I saw and it came out to be $30 for what just a set that’s a waste of money and I’m trying to cancel my subscription and it won’t allow me until I pay and I’m not paying and if I don’t pay then I won’t be able to download any apps which I want to know. Why is that because I’m basically wasting money on some crap that makes your skin dry. I’m definitely going to be reporting this and I do not recommend downloading this app or buying anything from this app. It’s sucks and it’s disgusting if you want to buy an authentic Acme set with other ways go to Sephora

Very nice and helpful. I used to have long hair, which caused acne on my face and was difficult to manage. However, I recently discovered this app on Instagram and decided to give it a try. I ordered mine, and I’ll let you know how it goes in a few weeks!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Will charge for trial and then bill for first subscription. total money grabbers and no delivery of product. Lost $300 with them and strongly advise you not to fall for same trap. Sad that companies prey on insecurities to pad their wallets.

terrible customer service

i bought it for the free subscription, $9 shipping and that was it. it came within two weeks and i was satisfied. two weeks later when the subscription was going to renew itself, i not only did not get an email letting me know a new box was going to be shipped but it charged me $240?? so obviously im trying to email customer service to get a refund but it has been 3 days and ive sent multiple emails and contacted them through the app and ive received no help. im honestly losing hope ill get my money back
