Awful App
Trying to delete & download again to see if it makes any difference. Can’t rely on this app as don’t always receive notifications for messages. Really difficult to navigate & honestly quite annoying to use! Wish the school went back to text messaging!

Can’t read messages from my child’s school keeps saying check internet connection and my internet is working 100% this app is rubbish

This is a very badly designed app, completely counterintuitive with no clear explanation of how different sections have different functionality, and no apparent means of dismissing notification badges on the app icon. The only reason I have it is because my child's school requires me to in order to keep up with notices from school.
