Where’s my info?
They take all these photos and claim a profile is created. However there’s nowhere in the app (or on website) where it tells me what my ideal size and width and arch is.
Then I’m expected to buy footwear and select “use my profile” as my size.

Waste of time
App says it has my photos but won't tell me anything about them. Website says I haven't made a foot profile and says I should use an app to make one that the App Store says doesn't exist in my region. I never got an email with my results, either. What am I supposed to do with any of this? I'm certainly not ordering from anywhere with this kind of shoddy service.psychicdaydreams
Great app and insoles
Besides the insoles feeling great an added bonus was customizing them. I added pics of both my pets :) I also really liked my personal foot facts they emailed me- pretty interesting. I’m going to order the sandals next!Lilemmmz
Wish I bought these sooner!
Great app and simple to navigate. I’m on my feet all day so insoles are a must. These are definitely the best pair I’ve owned! The last pair of custom insoles I had were 3 times the price and these seem to help my back pain a lot better. They are also a great gift to give!PMB65

Technology is great when it works

Hello? No products… No sale
I have purchased multiple pairs of insoles and am generally very pleased. Thinking of buying a pair of sandals now. Unfortunately, the latest update of the app only has “Profile” and “Help” and a button to refer a friend. No longer possible to see the products, much less buy anything.
iPad app is the same/just as bad.
Why would I refer a friend to an app that does not work?
