We love banking with ACCU!
Great banking experience! The only thing I really wish is you would allow customers to customize debit cards. You use to do that and I appreciated it. It especially comes in handy when you have multiple accounts and the debit cards not looking all the same. Makes it easier to tell apart debit cards for different accounts.

I appreciate the ACCU mobile app because it's easy to use. There is not a lot of fluff like other apps that make it difficult to find what you're looking for.
Will not remember user name
Settings in the app are all over the place. They should be located in one place but there are account settings and menu settings. Neither of which offer face recognition that I can easily find. Modern apps should ask you if you want to turn on a feature or remind you it’s there.
The app never remembers my user name no matter how many times I tell it to remember me. There isn’t a search bar to look for the setting you want.
Customer service is top notch but their app needs modernizing.

Glitchy mobile deposit
When I make a deposit, I have to close out between each check because the last check I deposited shows up when I’m trying to deposit the next one. It’s very frustrating! I have tried to report this and I was told that someone would get back to me but no one has responded. I hope someone can fix this glitch!
Also, my different accounts keep moving around in the app… I put them in the order I want them, but they move anyway. It’s very frustrating!!

No more going to the bank. No more lines. View accounts, make transfers, deposit checks all from this app! Quick and easy with Face ID.
Easy online banking
I really enjoy this app because I have access to my accounts 24/7 and love the ease. Check balances, transfer money even set up payments.
Good app, missing some functionality
Thank you for continually improving this app. Some feedback:
- UI can can still feel sluggish
- Hoping for more card security options. Currently unable to lock debit card, change card numbers, or request a new card.
- Check deposit sometimes fails due to an unknown error. Even when lighting and other parameters are met.
