Weird and creepy idea with a less than mediocre execution.
No offense to the team behind this app but this certainly the creepiest and dumbest social media app thus far. The UI design is mediocre, the app frequently crashes as well. Using a license plate as a unique identifier for social media purposes is just flat out bizarre and the potential bad situations that could arise from doing so are aplenty. Pass on this app.

Hey Interwebsguy, Sorry you found Plext unsatisfactory. We have had some major updates since the initial beta release you used in 2016. We suggest you give it another shot. If not, thats ok too. No sweat off our mediocre UI. ;) Enjoy the day.

It keeps crashing when you try to log in. Can't get past the home screen
