Very Inconvenient
This new April update they added a timeout to the sessions. This is not helpful while taking duration data or simply for running a session in general. Also, there are many issues with the organization of the app. It is not ADHD friendly (in my case) to have to scroll up and down trying to find what programs I did or did not run yet. You guys should add more features to tweak the order of the programs to make the sessions more understandable.

Signed out often
I need to take data continuously and I keep getting signed out often.
Keeps logging out.
After the update the app keeps logging people out. Very annoying.
Terrible updates
Please stop making it so that we have to check every target we want to take data on!!! Just keep it so that all the targets appear automatically. Its a huge waste of time to fetch every target before we can take data on it.

App needs a lot of working
New update is stupid!
Only having one target selected when I open a kid’s programs is so frustrating!! I have to manually go in and select all of my targets every. Freaking. Session. That’s up to 3 times a day I have to do this! It eats away at my therapy time and attention to my kids. Such a dumb update.
Barely works, constant reinstalling
It’s alright when it works; the data collection is pretty nice, but I have to do pretty much everything else through an internet browser. My biggest issue is that whenever I log out or leave the app for an extended period of time, it states my session has expired and leads me to a completely blank screen. The only way I’ve been able to fix it is to uninstall the app and re-install it to get the login screen. I’ve had to reinstall it before every session, and at this point it’s more trouble than it’s worth.

Buggy and lacks content
App fails to connect to TheraWe. Just asks for a password over and over and does nothing. It also lacks a lot of the content available on the website. Not sure why I would ever use the app as it is.
App Hasn’t Worked in forever!
Keep getting messages about “exciting new app updates”, but the app hasn’t worked in months for anyone at my company. How about a bug fix that actually allows people to login?
Wish it worked for parents
Again I redownloaded the app bc of the announcement on the website of an update. Still saying no appointments when I click on the calendar.
