  • Useless

I agree with the other reviewers. Every time i tried to access something, it said i had to buy the upgrade which didn’t even Dixie m focus on the museum but other tourist attractions
  • Waste of time

    Useless!
  • Worthless

You can’t do ANYTHING except upgrade to the $2.99 version.
  • You can’t do anything

You cannot access anything on the app without using the paid version. Another review called it deceptive. That’s exactly what it is. How disappointing!!!
  • Free app, but pay for any features

Like the title says, without paying for the $2.99 add-on, you have no access to maps, tours, pictures...nada. Not worth the data used to download.
  • Terrible

One of the only things you can do in this “free” app is upgrade to the $2.99 app. I would consider purchasing it except that the selling points for the upgrade are all about DC stuff travel guides and tourist attractions that are NOT the National Gallery of Art. If I could rate zero stars I would write it zero stars

  • Deceptive!

The National Gallery website claims the "free" Your Art app will let you listen to audio guides. This is false -- you have to pay a fee to do that. Deceptive and offensive!!!
  • Don't download this app

This app will charge you without telling you beforehand that there's a fee.
  • Horrible app

This is a horrible, scam app. It contains no helpful info and bombards you with ads and tries to steal your personal information. The actual National Gallery app is called "Your Art" and it is much better.
  • Disappointed

I had hoped that this app would provide detailed information on the art collection of the National Gallery of Art in DC and would provide self-tours of the collection. The app does not provide this but instead gives a slide show of random pictures and promotes tours of the museum and other D.C. points of interest. Clearly, this is their revenue stream.
