Nice and easy to use
Used it before back in 2015 and dumped it but now picking it up again as i find it’s better than others I’ve come across. Don’t seem to have sound this time around though. Wonder why?CI-E

Tried many, and this is the best series of short work outs. Like the avatar demonstrations. Moves quickly between exercises. Effective too.DHendorphine

The app is great overall and keeps minimum time which is good when you have no time. It is really helpful and fast, but my only complaint is that I wish you could change the gender of the virtual person.wavemasterdan

I found this app about a year ago and be doing it every since. You will see the results if you continue to do this workout. The only thing that’s a down fall is you don’t work out everyday. Other than that it’s great. I’ve tried all of the LAB workouts including the ones on YouTubeCece Jigga
