Easy, but very little information.
This company partners with my apartment complex so the drop-off locker location is convenient, but there is VERY little information in the app.
Nothing to give you a price estimate for what you’ve dropped off. And no turn-around time ETA on items either before, or after you drop them off. Just a progress bar that says “Cleaning in progress” and “We will let you know” under the Delivery section.
Am I waiting a day? A week? Is it faster to do one item if I’m on a tight deadline, or just go ahead and send everything at once? I dropped off a shirt and have literally no idea how much it was to dry clean. Still don’t. There’s nothing in-app to help guide your decision for budget & deadlines at all.

I Wish This Was Good
I really have these guys a couple chances to win my business but I eventually had to draw the line after using the wash and fold service for a couple months.
Expect to lose your clothes, get other people's clothes, have your clothes shrink, there is also a slow turn arounds all while having a buggy app.
