Doesn’t tell you anything about how to use it or how it works leaving you confused if it is doing what it was supposed to be doing and if you are doing what you are supposed to be doing to find out what what you want to find out!

Just being curious so I downloaded the app. Awesome, I use it all the time just for fun.
Used this app for last 4 years.
Needed this app to form risk assessments. Although not calibrated, it’s not far off the mark and gives a pretty good basis to go on. Really easy to use and can switch to C weighted if required. Although retired now, I still use it on occasions.

Used for monitoring levels while mixing film and TV projects. Very consistent. I wish it had a peak hold, but that’s the worst I can say about it.

Noise meter informative & checks out with other meters
All the useful background info to make an intelligent measurement in various conditions, and then assess what impact the noise may have on you. This includes the type of signal processing, and fast or slow averaging. Simple to use and also dB values checked out well with another dB meter. Excellent value.
