I can’t trust the ratings
Recently purchased a lifetime membership. I didn’t get very far into my first course before a popup came up asking me for feedback. You CAN’T PROCEED if you don’t give feedback. That’s RIDICULOUS! I gave the feedback (3 stars) and was given a list of problems to choose from. Only after that I was allowed to proceed. Within 2 minutes I was forced to repeat the process. I gave it one star and again need to choose my issues from a checklist. This happened yet AGAIN (also about two minutes later). This time I gave it 5 stars and was immediately led here to rate and review the app.
I hope the devs enjoy their one star.
The app definitely has problems; My vision isn’t the greatest so I went into system settings to enlarge the font size a bit. When the pop-up interrupted me the first time, the increase in font size pushed the checkmarks off the screen so I don’t know they were there. I couldn’t get out of the page. I just wanted to continue with the course! I can’t trust the reviews here because they have a bias towards 5 star reviews.
Now that I’ve left my review, I hope that I’m never interrupted again!

I downloaded it, paid for pro and it doesn’t open. I un installed it and reinstalled it 5 times and it still won’t work. I keep asking for a refund but still no response. I am still arguing sinceSeptember 1st. I have shown proof over and over again and yet I am still having to prove by showing my receipts that I paid for lifetime access.

App does not work
This app is (was) fine for beginners. My son started using it for his DoE bronze skill. After a recent update the app does not work, it crashes every time I try to start a course; the app does not recognise my pro purchase. I have read a few reviews and noted that other users are having similar issues. I have now been in touch with the help desk on and off for nearly a month and still have no access. Going round in circles asking me the same questions, evidence of payment and suggesting the same fixes that don’t work. Suggest users steer clear until bugs have been fixed.

No dev support and only crashes after last update- lost all progress on pro.
Just updated to latest revision on ipad- it won’t let me sign in on ANY DEVICE NOW. Complete garbage app- I will have to file a complaint with apple since the devs seem to think is perfectly fine to ghost the end user.
Save you money and look elsewhere!
UPDATE: STILL NO CONTACT FROM SUPPORT> You pay- you have lost you money and learn a valuable lesson on not being able to trust an app maker. Do NOT purchase pro! Continually crashes upon selecting a topic- after purchasing pro- things get worse- no certificates, does not sync across devices. If you delete the app and reinstall to try and fix the above issues, you loose ALL progress. The select answer screens do not show the question- forcing you to guess what the answer is. Don’t even think of using dark mode- you miss even more information- including diagrams to the lessons while you are trying to “learn”. Spelling and grammar….. leaves a bit more to be desired. So far tried python courses and completed, Django, and SQL- all started crashing. No reply from devs for support. I’m guessing that they only leave the app accessible to collect your money. Update August 18, 2024 Absolutely no contact from the developers after 2 months of app crashing.
Save you money and look elsewhere!

WAY too buggy
I got this game and got the lifetime deal (although the deal says that it ends in a day but it’s not true). Everything was fine, the explanation of different topics was simple and easy. Then, after I finished the fundamentals I was given the option of printing out a certificate showing I completed the course. I filled out my name and tried to print it out, but it wouldn’t let me. I tried a different name but still no luck. I gave up and started learning new courses. Again, everything was going well, and then one day I tried to resume one of my courses. It gave the loading screen, and after a few seconds it glitched into the home screen. I tried it again and again, trying to resume any of my courses. Nothing worked. I thought maybe it just needed a refresh of the app so I deleted it and reinstalled the app. Then, I tried to sign in. I entered in all the information and pressed the button to sign in. All it did was freeze.
I just think it’s ironic that an app focused on making good apps, games, etc. is so bad at making it’s own app.
