Complete trash

This is by far the worst thing I’ve spent my money on it doesn’t even connect to the car or the phone there is no information or help on how or why the adapter doesn’t work… if you buy this it’s just a waste of money

Convenient and easy to use

As someone not familiar with car problems, it makes it really easy to understand exactly what’s going on. Saves me a lot of time!

Doesn’t seem to work

I purchased the device from amazon and plugged it into my car and when I scanned it showed there wasn’t any issues even though I have low tires and an error light on my dash. Also doesn’t work with any other OBD apps. Overall I would advise against buying this device.

Seems to hang-up and not scan

It appears that the application stalls and doesn’t scan the vehicle, but indicates that it has scanned.

Bought for my truck but doesn’t work is it not for trucks??

I use it to clear engine codes

I bought the device though amazon and I like the way the app records trips, but the best thing is reading diagnostic trouble codes from my car, doing that I save time not having to go to a mechanic every time I have a dashboard light on.

Very glitchy

We have had Pitstop for over a year now and it has never really worked for us. Now it freezes when trying to scan for our check engine light. Deleted and reloaded and the app freezes on trying to sign in. Too bad it has some cool features but I’ve had little to no luck using it

Please try downloading the latest app, as we have fixed several problems that might have caused the app to freeze. Keeps sending me alert notifications for no reason

In the last couple hours I’ve gotten 82 “new vehicle alert” notifications telling me there is “1 new issue.” When I click on the “issue” a reminder comes up that my next scheduled appointment is in April. I scanned my car and everything seems to be okay, all the points it scanned for came back positively. Half the time when I open the app it crashes anyway. Very buggy and annoying.
