The app is constantly locking our people out; it does not work 95% of the time and customer service is a complete joke, they say that they will contact you and get back with you but they never do. Shell needs to find another company to be responsible for this, anyone other than WEX and I have also reported this to Royal Dutch Shell.Show lessColPalmer
Doesn’t always work
For the past few days the app hasn’t worked and I tried several different gas stations thinking maybe it was the station instead of the card. Very frustrating.couch0608
