The Worst Bank App I ever used
I’ve opened Roshan Digital Account, first I wasn’t able to add beneficiary, it took whole one day to add a beneficiary. Post beneficiary added, I’m trying to transfer money to my family but it is showing error (Unable to make transfer & try again later) despite multiple time reported to helpline and register complain. No one approached me yet and the issue is still there. Now I just would like to withdraw my funds and close my overseas Roshan Digital account with Bank Alflah.

This app is not modern. Banking apps should very classically animated and fonts should be updated. Please create a new app with more modern look. The alfa logo on the app should be reduced and more advance.
