Firstly, I didn't mean to buy this, I tried it out, it didn't suit my needs and I forgot to cancel because I was on holiday. They charged me the full £100 and I can't cancel. I'm trying to use it and I'm sure it's a good programme - but it's not very user friendly if you haven't used it before. I've spent ages trying to put something together only to accidentally press the back arrow and lose the lot. I'm sure 100 people will now tell me what I'm doing wrong, but some in-app prompts ("you are leaving your project, you can find it here xxx / you are leaving your project - are you sure you want to delete it?") would have saved my energy a few times.
