It worked great until I did the last upgrade
Now the audible alarm doesn’t work when the timers hit 0:00, so the app is pretty much useless to me.Fu_dog

I believe this issue has been resolved; I hoped to hear back from you to confirm. I'm leaving the original response below. I’m sorry you’re experiencing this issue and I want to make it right. This seems to be a rare bug, but it’s an extremely important one and something I would like to fix immediately. If you would be willing to send an email to countdown@christopherweems.com giving any information about what might be different in your situation (iPhone or iPad model, operating system version, whether you were connected to AirPlay or playing music, vibrate switch on or off, a screenshot of your settings page, and anything else you’ve noticed that may be the cause), this will be fixed in a matter of days.Not as good

Simple, does what it should do. No annoying features, nothing to distract you. I use it at the gym every day.xeno_sapien
Can’t hear it when other apps are open
It doesn’t sound while having other apps open so if you’re listening to music you must keep this one up or you won’t hear it go off.Mmmmmnop

Hi, hope you're doing well. Countdown will sound while in the background, you just have to have the vibrate switch off! As I'm sure you've noticed, while the app is open, timers will sound out no matter how the vibrate switch is set. Thanks for using Countdown!Great Easy Timer

Many workouts benefit from sequencing various short intervals. This app is great because it is so straightforward and unfussy. It does countdowns perfectly; it doesn’t do anything else. Having limitations is a very big plus.Jim5862
Convenient..but

Needs volume selection
This is exactly what I need - one quick tap to set timer for up to 3 favorite time intervals. But the alarm sound is too soft; I can barely hear it. It would be perfect 5 stars if it had volume control for alarm.LittleThisLittleThat
