기본 한달은 걸리고 거기다가 무슨 중국 택배사 이용하는데 심지어 택배도 제대로 배달안됐는데 서로 내몰라라~ 택배사좀 바꾸시길
Price Inconsistency but Great Customer service
Be aware of their product prices. It went down after you purchased the item. Feel so terrible about seeing cheaper price while I pay them higher. l can get another dress or something with those money.
Well, I changed my review from 1 star to 3 star because of an explanation from customer service(very smooth customer service) that the price changes due to exchange rates. However, I still believe it should have fixed price unless they are doing promotions. Even if it’s a promotional period, customer should have the right to get price adjustment.

Hello, first of all, We're very sorry for the inconvenience. Our prices vary every day according to the exchange rate. Therefore, prices fluctuate from time to time. The price seems to have been adjusted due to recent changes in the exchange rate. Please refer to this aspect 😭

I bought more than 10 clothes in there but I didn’t got my clothing yet. when i send mail to them they said, one store when a vacation so they can not send clothes until they come. So I refunded the some of clothes,but the problem is they still not sending to me its almost passing by 3weeks do nit buy at here and tell the others they are fxxx slowly

I had trouble delivery so i complained a lot with that with the customer service they answered quickly and helped me a lot. I was mad at first time but they answered my question right a way. Thanks it is worth it 👍

App needs work
clothes are nice, but the app is so unreliable. it always says the server connection is unstable when trying to browse or buy items and i'm constantly having to tap to reload. the clothing selection is great (shipping could be lower though) but the app really needs some work!
