  • App and device won’t synch

This used to be a great product and always worked as designed when my 98 yr old mother-in-law with Alzheimer’s would get out of bed in the night. I purchased a new button after accidently putting it through the wash, at a high price I might add. I am unable to register the new button to the app. Directions seem simple to add the new sensor and Gateway hub but responds with a sensor/Gateway have been registered and yet continues to show they are not registered. I deleted the app and reinstalled and am in the same loop..add sensor, sensor has already been registered, no indication that sensor is connected. The same goes with adding the Gateway hub. There is no phone contact support for the company and I have emailed according to their contact info. They have never responded to my email. So now I have a very expensive alarm that I am unable to use because the app seems to be a mess. Bottom line to potential new customers - Do Not spend the outrageous amount of money for this product. This is too bad because we have used it for 5 years and it was a great product. But if the device won’t synchronize to the app it is useless.
  • Went downhill

I’ve used this for over a year for my mom. She has vascular dementia and is incontinent. It was working good but now is giving me false alerts. I nearly break my neck getting to her at night sometimes and she just turned over in bed. That never happened when I first got it. It also is tied to the volume button on my phone. If I have the volume on low in the night or evening, I can barely hear the alert. If I have it turned up at night to make sure it wakes me, it wakes up the whole house if the phone rings. All other alerts on my phone are tied to the notification volume which doesn’t change with the volume buttons on the side of my phone. I can set the volume to be higher for notifications so I don’t miss the ones I receive and adjust phone ringer to low when I don’t want to disturb the household. They need to fix that!
  • Used to be a great product

Have used this device for several years and it worked great. They did an update to the app about a month ago and now it does not work well at all. Mostly no sound or log when it alerts. If you are watching you will see it tell you the patient is awake but with no sound it’s not worth it. Continues to alert even after you turn it off. Hopefully they will get this fixed.
