Erase all my text😡

This app would be great if it does what it supposed to do. I wrote my text and the next day when I try to write a new one, the new page just overwrite the first one. Wow! This is so stupid! 🤬 So you can only keep one page and never add new one! The app goes directly to the trash!

Hi there, Sorry for your experience with the app. First of all, did you update to the latest version of the app? The latest version has already fix a bug where your entries are hidden from view, giving the misconception of entries being overridden. The app allows you to keep as much data as you like unless you run out of storage space. Have you also tried the recovery tool? Are your sure you did not perform the overwrite intentionally? You might have modified certain settings related to the date, or your cloud storage/local storage method of the app, or if you performed any manual deletion. Absolutely amazing!

I am one of those people who has always wanted to write a diary but stops after about a week, I hoped using a digital diary would be easier and so far I’m up to 3 months, it’s incredible. No adverts and easy to get into. The only minor thing I’d like added if possible is the emoji for ur mood “🙂” because I often have okay days but with the flat face it seems like I’m upset and with the happy face it seems to excited. I love the search bar for keywords brilliant to search names. 100% recommend to everyone I meet.

Brilliant but

When i downloaded it again on my phone after deleting for more storage, my previous date did not download but just kept being grey and saying “loading” under the date... please fix this
Its my fav diary app and i use it all the time i love it so much and me er had a problem with it before!

Edit: hi i followed your instructions but its still not working on my mobile phone, can you help please?

Thank you for your help! After your forst reply i tried to refresh the page and it continued to not work and after i posted my second issue it worked, thank you for the support though.

Good app, bad update!

I've always really liked this app. It's a really good place to store all my personal entries, and it's been nothing but reliable. The app was perfect...until the recent update came out. My app now laggs when I scroll down through my entries so much that it takes 1-2 minutes to actually reach the bottom of my entry page, and even then, the app sometimes crashes from the lagg. Not only that, but when I'm writing a new entry and want to scroll back up to fix something, it automatically scrolls right back down to where the cursor is, which is quite frustrating. Whenever I tap an area in the entry to edit it, the cursor doesn't appear in the area I tapped, but the lowest point in the entry. Please fix these errors, and most of all, fix the lagg, as it's becoming unbearable.

Hi, Sorry for your experience with the app. I've fixed all of these issues in version 2.4.1, but I'll need more information about the lag: - Are any of the entries being downloaded? If so, it might temporarily degrade the app's performance. Once everything is downloaded, it should be fine. Is that the case? FYI, other than the lag (which no one experienced before), all the other issues you reported have already existed since the a few versions before, and again, they're already fixed in version 2.4.1. Please try updating to the latest version of the app and see if that helps. Hope to hear your reply!

I have used this for more than a year the only down side is , the data can't be transported for printing or save it to other database in case we lose the previous data.
