Super amazing
The app has a feature where you can add images to your diary entry, and I was wondering if they could also add a feature where you can add videos to your entries as well.
Other than that, this app is perfect!

Love it so far!
Great Journaling App... All the fundamental tools and sync.
I have tried many of the best replacements and this app is still the winner. The developer is very responsive to new ideas and has made the transition painless. I believe this app will evolve to be the best, very quickly.
Clean user interface, iCloud sync, multiple photos, weather capture, easy read timeline. Tags are on the developers list... so use hashtags for now. The iOS base app needs a MacOS companion, but I think that is just a question of time.

A Simple Diary
I like that it quickly saves to iCloud so you can start an entry on one device and continue it on another. I also like the ability to add photos to an entry. The best part, of course, is that this app is ad-free.
On the negative side, I don’t like that you can see the listing of entries on the front screen. If you have a lot of entries, it could take you a while to find the one you want. I think it would be much better to see a calendar from which you could quickly search for your entries. It does include a search box which works very well, but if you’re looking for a particular date, you’ll have to scroll through all your content to find it. Also, when text is selected on my iPad, the context menu glitches in and out so you can’t choose anything on it.
This is a good start, and I like it’s simplicity over the bigger journal apps. But it could use a few touches to make it better.

Hi there, Thank you very much for your feedback! Do note that if you're looking for an entry written on a specific date, the Smart Search bar can find it too. Just type the date (in any format, such as "Jan 1, 2020") into the search bar and you'll be able to find the entry with the closest date shown up on top in the Timeline. I'll add a calendar in the future, but for now Smart Search should work for your use case. :) Regarding the context menu glitch, can you please try restarting your iPad? I'm unable to reproduce the bug, so perhaps restarting may help resolve the issue. Alternatively, do contact me via email (you can do so through the Timeline > Settings > App Support > "Report a Problem via email"), I'd be able to respond faster that way. Hope to hear your reply! - Wern Jie
Corrupted dates
I hate this app

Hi there, It is possible to write in this app (as shown in the first two screenshots of the App Store), simply by tapping on the centre of the screen in the Entry page to invoke the keyboard. I'm sorry for any confusion you may have while using the app. You're also recommended to type your feelings and what happened throughout the day anyway, or otherwise most other features like automatic mood (emoji) selection do not work. All mood and weather options can also be turned off if you dislike them, by setting "No mood and weather by default" in settings. Hope this helps! Please do try the app again and update your review. You may also find the tutorial helpful by going to Personal Diary > Timeline > App Tutorial, which would have shown you that you can type in the centre of the screen within the Entry page. - Wern Jie
