Unworkable with iPhone
I am forced to use this app due to by ISP. It makes the softphone service basically useless because it doesn’t work properly in the background on iPhone. I suspect it caused my receptionists Google phone to overheat. This app is the only problem with the functioning of my softphone. I can see complaints stem back 4 years. Developer- you must Fix this!! People won’t mind paying just fix it so it doesn’t make a softphone useless on iPhone. Shame on you TPG for exclusively partnering with an unworkable app.

Do not buy this
Completely rubbish. Waste of time. Spent 2 hours on the phone and still couldn’t get it fixed. Ridiculous.

Useless
Will not work if phone screen off or running in background
We are trying to run a business with soft phones for mobile staff and for this basic functionality to not work is totally useless
