App stopped working

My daughter loved this program so much we bought the full version. It stopped working, would just close as soon as we went into the program. I contacted the developer a month ago, they claim they are aware of the problem, went in again, still not working. Looks like it hasn’t been updated in over 2 months as per the App Store. Not impressed as these apps aren’t cheap. Would be nice to play with the games we have paid for.

Disappointed

My grand daughter loves this game, and I would give it 5 stars.
I have purchased all the 15 characters as she loves it so much, however today she opened the game to,play it and it opens up and then disappears off the screen. Is there a problem with the game of recent times?????

Much loved but update broken

My Daughter absolutely loves this game however it now does not work on iPad Air after latest update.

Purchased the full version for this app and it keeps closing out can I get a refund? It’s not allowing me to get a refund through apple because it was an in app purchase.

Great game buuuut

Hi guys, I am a nine-year-old and I have a three-year-old sister and she has her own iPad and so do I and so we were sitting in her room one day and she took out her iPad because she saw that I was playing on mine, and she went to the App Store and she asked if I could help her find games and so I found this one and she download it and she already loves it. It is a great game and it’s good for learning how to get yourself ready in the morning and she’s really into princesses and unicorns and stuff like that so she played in the princess one obviously buuuut. The but so the but. I think there should be more characters unlocked then just the three like maybe add at least three more sense a lot of people like us do not do the trials we only do one at a time otherwise great game. Thanks for listening.

Great game but always crashing

My little one loves this game and we have purchased the whole app. Unfortunately more recently it just crashes on opening and now can’t be played at all. I’m not sure where I can report this to get it fixed or our money back.
