Added a notification with a link for downloading Directum Solo that supports iOS 17. This notification will appear everyday if the NOMAD service version used in your company is compatible with the new app. By installing it, you can benefit from the new Directum RX features without concerns about the compatibility of Directum Solo with the latest iOS versions.

We’ve prepared for the release of the new generation of Directum Solo that will support latest iOS versions. That’s why we’ve changed the name and icon of the current app. Now it’s called Directum Solo Classic. Also the following issues have been fixed: - On a tablet, after an employee started data update in one folder and then switched to another folder, the new folder displayed the contents of the first one. - In some cases, when an employee started Solo, they had to enter their login and password even if they had already logged in to the app earlier. It happened when the NOMAD service was restarted. Now when this occurs, employees do not have to re-enter their credentials.

When you clicked Share and Directum Solo in the menu of an object, for example, a photo or a link, then the mobile app opened but nothing else happened. Fixed. Now Solo starts and an app screen opens. For example, when you share a photo, you'll see the document creation dialog.

Please note that Directum Solo is compatible with iOS versions 13 to 16. Compatibility with iOS 17 is possible but not guaranteed. To support the latest iOS version, we will release the next generation of our mobile app. Here are new features of Solo 2.18: - The app checks if your PIN is secure. If the combination of digits you use to unlock the app is too simple, you’ll see a message. In that case, come up with a more secure PIN. - You can see flow folders of an employee you substitute. That way it’s much easier to manage tasks and assignments of the absent employee. - We improved sorting of objects. Now folders in lists are sorted in ascending order of numbers and dates in folders’ names. We also fixed some errors that occurred when signing documents with an electronic signature.

We’ve improved the app stability by dealing with some internal errors. We also fixed bugs: - Folder filters could apply improperly when working in the app on several devices. - Sometimes the app could crash when changing the main screen background.

Meet Solo in a new interface! It is all about smooth and convenient work: - On tablets, the main screen area with folder tiles got bigger, and the tiles got smaller. This way you can see more folders. - On smartphones, the quick create button has been moved to the lower panel – now it’s always at hand. - We also changed color and style of icons, as well as the task importance mark. Other features of the new version: - Now the app by default downloads documents only when you open them. This way the amount of data downloaded to your device is reduced. The new setting automatically applies if you install Solo for the first time. If you already use the app, you can set it manually. - On devices with iOS 16 or higher, you can use USB tokens to sign documents with an electronic signature. The tokens are connected to the device via an adapter or connector.

In some cases, the "ASN1 corrupted data" error occurred when an employee tried to add a GOST certificate or sign a document using this certificate. Fixed. Employees can successfully add certificates and sign documents.
