Needs some work
I like having the app available to watch the videos on my phone, but there are some issues with it that I'm having.
It sometimes just stops my video and doesn't play again until I close the app out. It also never recognizes my videos I am currently watching, so if I finish an episode, the series doesn't show up under videos I'm watching.
The app also doesn't allow me to change the volume in the car, so it is often hard to hear when plugged in.
Also, if I leave the app for a few minutes and come back, the video is frozen on a black screen and doesn't allow me to continue the video. I also can't watch a video and leave the app, unlike when watching on a browser, which creates a smaller video screen as well as allows me to do something else on my phone.
With the issues above, I often just watch on the internet on my phone over the app, as it seems to work better.
Great videos and courses though. Hopefully the app is updated and modernized soon.

I normally do not write reviews. But I can’t even sign in. How can a company be ok with an app working this poorly.?!?
Won’t log in with Apple
Keep trying to log in using the Apple account I used to sign up and it just brings me back to the log in screen like it didn’t work.
Why have they let it get so bad?
How can a premium product that forces you to subscribe for a year, let their apps lag so far behind?

Download doesn’t work
Or maybe it does work or just takes like 4 hours to download anything. That would be the best thing about this app if it worked. Rn it’s pretty much just the website except you can’t read the magazine so it’s less than the website lol

Not sure how t give feedback within the app but it seems you are not able to download anything even after making a free account.
Question: Must you have a paid for PRO account just do watch/ download videos?
If so, this should be stated as part of the description of the app.

Can't watch any videos except the trailer...
As of yesterday I can only view the trailer and no other videos. That's also if I'm lucky to sign in. I've successfully signed in twice out of 10 signs.

Unusable
So basic and buggy it’s not even worth using. I’ll be letting my subscription lapse.
Wonderful content…terrible app.
To keep it short and sweet: the app is so bad and buggy, I’ve given up on it and will probably cancel my subscription: If I’m going to pay $350 a year, I expect a functioning app. It’s very disappointing to see Zero effort in fixing the app.
