Never works
I have tried her for the past six months to try to get this app to work and it’s still not working. I am always assured that it works fine, but yet when I show even the bank tellers that it won’t recognize anything that I type in, they still assure me that this app works, which it clearly does not.Chasingerrors

App constantly crashes and says can’t authorize account details. iPhone 14 pro max app has been broken for over 12 monthsUpset.
Tried to link using the Zelle feature you guys say is available but it isn’t. There’s no “pay with Zelle” option like you say onlineTheMoShow1997
Phone not able to upgrade to IOS 13
So what am I suppose to do I no longer can use my banking app with my older iPhone?

I wish you would not have updated the app. Now I cannot use it because my phone will not upgrade to 13.0pdghk
