Happy Planters! We have just emerged from a long winter hibernation, as it has been years since our last update. But we are thrilled to announce that changes are coming today. CALENDAR MODE - You can now view a calendar displaying the days to water each plant. Simply go to your plant settings and click on the date indicating your next watering. This will bring up the calendar. We are super excited about this new functionality and look forward to further customizing it. Please let us know how we can improve this feature to better suit your needs. Bugfix: Fixed bug that infected name ordering. Thank you for being a part of our Happy Plant journey. Happy Planters! Dark mode-ers! We finally have an update to jam too! Please update and enjoy the fun! Breakdance breakdown…. DARK MODE - Now you can water your babies in the dark mode without getting cross-eyed! We’ve adjusted the colors to be less contrasting. Take a peek and let us know what you think. Additionally, we fixed some annoying things to help our green baby mamas :) - Fixed days counters - Fixed app icon counter - No more need to mark your plant watered when you just created it (we know... that was annoying) - No more black transparent boxes showing up on time-lapse video - Deleting a plant removes all of its notifications Thanks again for being part of our Happy Plant journey. Hi, Happy Planters! We fixed some bugs: - When creating new plants, they are now automatically watered, so you won’t get confused if they still need to tap to water. - Forgotten “days overdue” now start from the day they should have been watered. - New Happy Planters, on their first use, also now see their newly created babies already watered and ready. Hi, Happy Planters! First off, hope you are all safe and taking care of yourselves during these weird times. If quarantine teaches humans one thing, I hope it highlights the importance of plants and the life that they can bring into our homes! Holy crap….I love my green babies and I just gave birth to some tomatoes! lol Anyhow, beyond the chaos, we fixed some bugs: - When creating new plants, they are now automatically watered, so you won’t get confused if they still need to tap to water. - Forgotten “days overdue” now start from the day it should have been watered. We’ve also spent time updating our code as required by Apple. This will put us in a position to soon release a proper dark mode version. Thanks again for being part of our Happy Plant journey. Don't call us Terminator, but we just destroyed a bunch of weeds! All for the baby love and a better experience for you. - Editing a plant was not showing the days set - Notification image is now showing properly - Notifications from deleted plants will not appear anymore - Renaming plants will not reset the watering cycle - Some notifications were improperly set - Several under-the-hood changes and fixes that babies love And BIG news for our growing efforts! Happy Plant has just established our first partnership with a startup providing personalized plant help. You can view it within the "more" tab. Thanks so much for being part of our family. Spring time Happy! Apple just featured our app and we’ve added a few new features. Improved notifications, sounds, and social sharing. NOTIFICATIONS WITH PLANT IMAGE: Plant notifications will now contain the last image of your plant. When it’s time to water, you’ll now see a picture of your plant. Hey cutie pie. SOCIAL SHARE OPTIONS: If you like Happy Plant and feel that your friend needs, please tell them! We’ve added a social share feature in our settings page to help spread the word. BETTER SOUND CONTROL AND BUGS SQUISHED: Of course, no real bugs harmed. Thanks again for being part of our Happy Plant journey. Happy Planters! Springtime is reaching us where we live, and we’re singing with joy! To celebrate, we’re introducing new SOUNDS for watering actions to get away from the sounds we typically hear in iOS and add some of our own flavors. Also, we are making a stand. ONE-TIME-PAYMENT UNLIKE MANY OTHERS: You may have noticed that many apps are switching to subscription pricing. We don’t want to do this, nor do we intend to. And so we are making this very clear in our app because we want you to feel confident to invest your time in our app and not be surprised by such a price change. This happened to us with some other apps we personally use and we were not happy! RATING TOOL IMPLEMENTED: If you like Happy Plant, please consider to rate our app and let others know. We squashed a mean ladybug (or rather a nasty iOS bug) that prevented some of our users from taking care of their babies. While we love real-world​ bugs, we love these computer bugs exterminated!
