MOBILE DEPOSITS
I can't see the pictures of the checks clearly. You need to fix this problem immediately. The account that I am depositing into is not showing on each screen of the deposit transaction. I need to see the account on each page. ALSO, it is not easy to change from one account to another. I had a hard time finding my other accounts. There were no arrows or obvious guides to my other accounts???!! Your system has changed. It used to be much better. I am aggravated and disappointed.

Love the app. I have a suggestion. There are still a few of us who balance our checkbooks each month and sometimes midmonth using the daily balance in the app. I know most people just look at their balance online. It would be great if on the bill pay page for example you could show what the balance would be if all scheduled payments were made. And then permit user to enter additional outstanding (like you know paper ) checks. Then we would be better able to plan deposits and cover. Hello, we’ve been banking with FRB since the beginning. We began with FRB in SF and moved later to another No. CA branch as we phased into retirement — still the most exceptional, professional and capable banking expertise & service at the new FRB branch (as expected). Our grown children also bank with FRB, and now the grandchildren have accounts with FRB, as well.
Our professional/capable bankers know us by sight and name, and they serve us well - by phone and in person. We have CDs with FRB, and those were undisturbed (still earning interest) during the Chase/FRB buy-out! There was never a worry about where our funds were or who was managing them!
I will say this, we have accounts at another bank, but this is just a risk-management plan so we have funds-accessibility in a “Too Big To Fail” institution. Our main “House” account and Business accounts remain with FRB — BECAUSE WE TRUST THE INSTITUTION AND THE PEOPLE MANAGING OUR ACCOUNTS!
Also, we use the iPhone app quite often, and that is extremely user-friendly, so in-person trips to the bank are now minimal.
It’s our opinion - after 50+ years of banking, there is NO better service than that offered by FRB (in all branches). Thank you!Show lessDeveloper Response
