Ruined our night out in Venice

This app does not work. Paid £23 for the Venice ghost tour but when we started the tour the narration would not play. Tried sending chat message and calling support but no one available. I want my money back.

DO NOT BUY

This app is ridiculous. I would use more colorful language about how bad and unusable this app is but it would probably be deleted. Narrators voice and accent is terrible. Does not highlight major works of art at the Prado museum, and gives you no direction on how to find the rooms or art in the Prado. We turned it off after 5 minutes and wandered the museum on our own. We should have bought the museum audio tour.

Not accepting terms in Russian

When you download the app, it wants to have you accept privacy terms. When I went to read them, they are in Russian. Not happening!!
