Especially when there is a holiday, the Saturday collection reminder is very much appreciated. We also use the wizard if unsure about the recycling of certain items. Thanks for making it simplistic to use.

To change the time you receive your reminder: Click the three dots in the lower right corner of the Pictou County Solid Waste app, then click "Notifications", select the default time in the row titled "Time", and change it to your preferred time for notification. We Love The Reminders
Thank you for providing such excellent service. The only thing I would ask is to get feedback from the pick up crew why they leave a bag behind. Where we lived before had rejection stickers indicating what rule didn’t we follow. Still 5 Stars from us.
