Extremely useful when you’re in China.
This app is awesome! The app recognizes where you’re at in China. You can set it to English. However, if you’re a foreigner, set up WeChat pay or AliPay on your phone before ordering with the app.

Works fine, but delivery is awful
Ordering is easy, but there is no guarantee that it will show up. The delivery people are awful. They often deliver to the wrong location. They have thrown our food away and said it was delivered. They do not call or knock on the door, they just leave your food. You cannot rate the delivery or food, so there is no accountability. It is better to order through meituan, as their deliver is more dependable.

Very easy to use
This app has been very helpful. It’s easier to use because almost all of it is in English. It has been very dependable over the past year. Minus one star because sometimes you can not get basic EVMs without the wings. Sometime you just want the three original items. (Burger, fries and drink)
