Abandoned Product
The app is currently useless, since you can’t perform the first step in the process: updating the firmware. It looks like they declared an early “end of life” on the Wio Link; I was unable to find any information on this product more recent than 2019.

They haven't updated the app in a year. Google login crashes the app. FB login fails. You can register for an account, but when you try to log in, the connection fails. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Server errors
What's the whole point of this when you can't even connect it to the app. Good concept but poor execution. I am returning the product. No customer support.
Doesn't work
Trying to add a new device. Says connect to the server and then it says connection error please check wifi and try again. Please fix this
Broken update
Last update broke the app. I guess is trying to communicate with the custom server which I didn't change from the default one but the app crashes right away trying to connect. Put it on airplane mode and it doesn't crash but the app is not functional this way so once connected again it will just show errors while trying to do anything. Please fix it ASAP!
