The app tells me to put a special character in the password although I did and it disabled my account because I apparently had the password wrong when I was logging in although the password was right, this app is terrible!
App keeps crashing
Was working good until update now it crashes all the time.
Such a poor app
This app is one of the worst I have ever used, can’t move from side to side so it cuts information off your screen .

This app is excellent.
No work has been done on accessibility
Considering we are deep into the digital era, it appears that this app’s developer either has no awareness of or interest in accessibility for those with a visual impairment who rely on Apple’s Voice Over text to speech software
Keeps restarting
The app keeps restarting either when you get to entering a photo or just after and then you have to do the whole thing again. Your restricted to 100 words with notes. You have to use the nape to show location. If you are at a different location when you do the report the council reject the job, you should be able to change location on the map

Absolutely useless!
Never works! Usually doesn't pick up the location to allow you to submit reports! Updated it due to 'important bug fixes' and now it won't load at all! Same sub-standard service of BGCBC!
