  • Only useful to see what times to go to bed and wake up

    No option to complete the sleep when you delete the alarm/actually wake up. I want to see how much sleep I got even if I woke up 30 minutes before the alarm, rather than faking it.

    Tell me why my sleep quality was a certain percentage otherwise it seems randomised.
  • Doesn’t work on silent mode

    I find it annoying that I can’t keep my silent mode (phone ringer off) while I’m sleeping because if I do, I won’t hear the alarm. My phone normally wakes me up when I have my phone on silent. I thought the app would do the same. This is a bummer and now I want a full refund after subscribing for a year.

  • Never worked

    Tried it over 2 days never went off once. It seemed simple enough. Went through all the prompts to setup an alarm. Went to bed woke up late because it never went off. Second night I go through the prompts again thinking maybe I missed something the first night. It tells me alarm set successfully for the second night in a row. I go to bed nope never went off. If you like to have an alarm that never alarms use this app.

  • Pointless

    Seemed like a great idea at first being able to pick how many 1.5hrs of sleep to get, adjusting it to reflect how long it takes you to fall asleep and picking a good wake up/fall asleep time UNTIL I came to use it. Then it asked me to turn off my ‘do not disturb’ and take my phone off silent. If I did these things, I wouldn’t any sleep because my phone would be pinging with alerts! So it’s back to my previous sleep app, which does work whilst my phone is on silent/dnd, suggesting this one could too if they sorted it out.

  • Doesn’t even work

    Really disappointed with this app. Despite triple-checking settings, the alarm failed to go off as expected twice, messing up my sleep routine. Tried troubleshooting to no avail. This unreliability is a deal-breaker for me. Sadly, it's time to part ways with this app, won't be using it again.

    Even on short nights with little sleep, this app makes it so much easier to wake up without feeling groggy!
  • Thought It Was What I Wanted

    This app, in terms of it's idea, is exactly what I wanted. This is the only app I've found so far that lets you set an alarm based on your sleep cycles. Unfortunately, unless I'm just using it wrong, this app is funtionally useless. The alarm appears to only go off, i.e. make any noise, if the phone is unlocked and the app open. If the phone is locked, on silent, and regardless of a sleep focus being turned on or not, the app will only give you a single notification that won't wake anyone up. I don't intend to have my phone unlocked with the screen on all night just to have my alarm go off. I hope that I'm just wrong and using the app incorrectly but until I find out otherwise I won't be able to use this app.

  • App disadvantage

    Wish it would just start without me having to set it. That goes for workrkout app also if I forget to start app don’t get data Fitbit much much better in this respect. Only advantage of Apple Watch is emergency alert if fall! Otherwise would NOT have bought Apple Watch
  • Never works

    I love the concept of the app and the idea of making sure you’re sleeping through cycles and waking up between them. But the alarms never go off! I make sure my phone is on loud, not on any do not disturb or focus settings, but it still never goes off and so I end up missing my alarms which is really frustrating :/
