A voiceless way to alert through Alexa?
Excellent and reassuring to have on my phone and watch. But since my voice has gone I want the button to alert through Alexa, without speaking. With that I would give it five stars!

Works for me as designed
I tentatively downloaded this app after my third stroke surprised me and left me face down in my backyard, alone and fumbling to figure out how to get help without being able to call out. Odd to not be able to form words at all. As I am without a whole lot of money, well okay, I am poor, I needed a solution I could afford and rely on. I downloaded this and under the monthly plan for testing, I tested this on my 5 year old iPhone to myself, then to a contact multiple times throughout the next few days. For the price, I did not expect the level of results. Every time it worked exactly as described, quickly as well. I am very pleased.
Update, health being better didn’t stop me from paying for the one year subscription to this program. The program works as is and works really well. If you’re looking for an inexpensive solution to quickly and easily notify a few people on an emergency list, this is it.

Life changing - cannot recommend enough
I have severe asthma, and when an attack hits shouting for help is basically impossible. I also have a condition which makes me faint randomly, and this has even helped for that!
For years I have not been able to go anywhere alone, my family even worried about leaving me at home alone. But now they know if anything happens a small crew of people will all be notified and told exactly where I am in the event of an emergency. And if I know they cannot get to me quickly I can even call 999 at the same time as alerting them to avoid any delays.
I have told many of my asthma team of it and each one has noted it down to recommend it to others!

Peace of mind
This has made me feel more comfortable knowing I can ask for help with a touch of a button or through the timer. Living alone with serious health problems can be scary for myself and loved ones. This provides comfort for us all.
Peace of Mind
The NHS were trying to get me to have a device fitted to inform my family and the emergency services if I had an emergency in my home where I live alone. They were wanting between £5 and £10 per week for this service. I decided to see if I could find something that wouldn't hit my pension so hard and I found "my SOS Family". I tied this in with my Alexa Echo and hey presto, a perfect solution. Fortunately I haven't had to use it bet have tested it with my family and it works great.

I genuinely thought this would be a waste of time however this app proved otherwise
I have severe asthma if you are unaware severe asthma is the hardest to treat and get under control making it the most fatal kind of asthma even with the countless medications I’m still prone to having several flare ups a day and full blown attacks ranging from mild to severe I have to keep several inhalers on me at all times including my rescue inhaler
When an episode happens I lose the ability to talk so someone else has to call emergency services for me as a result I stopped having confidence to go out I had no control however this app has changed my life in an emergency be it I can feel an attack coming on or a full blown attack happenes and I’m not able to self control i just gotta hold that button if it’s a full blown attack toggle the 999 button then hold without 15 seconds everyone in my emergency contact phone starts sounding off like an emergency paging system very loud they are given my location via live ping while I’m connected to emergency services allows them to get to me to render aid
