Hit or miss
It seems lately that the tracking is hit or miss on this bus. It makes for an unreliable app. Its got the potential to be great, but no one wants to be late trying to figure out how long the bus has been frozen in a giving spot for awhile.
Also, why is there no way for the parent to message the driver? They could even have quick responses loaded to reply when they have the opportunity to do so.App needs an update
Location of the bus won’t automatically update. I have to constantly close the app out and reopen the app just to see where the bus is, if not it will show me that the bus stuck is stuck in one spot and not moving. It would be a great app if I can see the bus moving so I know when to send my kids out to the bus stop without having to log back in each time.Developer Response

The could be a very useful app but the team working in this app and project are not very helpful or supportive. They have loaded bunch of incorrect routes for the students and if we call to ask for explanation, their generic response is it will take a month to fix. This should have been correctly in place before the school started but no. Their support response ETA is 3-5 biz days which is ridiculous
This is a v basic rudimentary software and doesn’t seem to have been built or managed by professionalsDeveloper Response

To speed up the fixes over the route data please contact the school to let them know what needs to be updated.
