Leave a Review Daily Dose of Language
App doesn’t research it’s facts
I was really disappointed when this app published false information in the Korean language. I emailed the support team about it. The response I got was that they had fixed it, but they never published a redaction or correction. It makes me wonder what else they get wrong. I no longer feel like I can trust their information they provide about Korea.Show lessExcellent
Love to get my daily dose of language learning.Great app, really useful
I’ve really enjoyed this app, when I don’t get time to work on full lessons I at least learn a bitesize more about the language or culture. I particularly like learning the slang terms in the hope I sound less like a textbook when speaking with friends!Daily Dose is a great mini study session
I have been checking the Daily Dose for a few months now and have made it a habit. It is definitely helping on my a Korean language journey. Thank youNot bad
It’s good so farMeh...
Hello there. I’m writing a review saying this app........ i’ve got mixed feelings. It gives like a word or sentence everyday, and like you can go to previous days. And its great for a nice rewind, but there are no individual lessons. Like here’s an example - Greeting sample. Person 1 - Bonjour
Person 2 - Salut Person 1 - comment tu t'appelles Person 2 - Je m'appelle Josh. Et toi? Person 1 - Je m’appelle Sarah. Enchanté. Person 2 - Enchanté.
Key
Comment tu t’appelle = What’s your name?(lit. What do you call yourself?)
Bonjour = Hello
Salut (don’t pronounce the t!!) - Hi
Enchanté = Enchanted
Je m’appelle... = My name is... (lit. I call myself...)
Toi = you
This was an informal conversation. Like with a buddy or someone your age or like someone ur able to talk slang with and people like your relatives “a non respectful way”
Formal is like with a boss, older relatives (parents can be used for both) “a respectful way” some one older.
My feedback on this app. Please use my example. I am a French student who is a beginner and knows a pocketful of French 😃😄🤩🥳Show lessKeeps me studying.
You can use this app at least 3 different ways.
1) Simply listen to the word of the day.
2) Listen to the Audio Lesson for more information and content.
3) Watch the Video Lesson.
I usually do all three.Excellent for daily dose of Spanish
It’s short and sweet to the point. I use whenever I take a break for 15 minutes from whatever I am doing to review one lesson a day. You learn 5 new words, grammar and how to converse using those words. By doing this lesson daily you can learn ~ 1000 words in a year which is equivalent to learning ~ 75% of oral vocabulary!Show less5 days in and loving it
The daily tips are simple, succinct and most importantly interesting and relevant to modern, every day life. Very pleased with this little app and its content. Dec 2019, no issues with functionality, its working fine.Great way to learn a language
Great app providing daily bite sized chunks of words or phrases to keep me going.
