The service requests feature is nice because this is made so much easier by having an app that knows exactly where you are, making submitting a request easy.
The other menu sections of the app just load up web pages. The calendars in particular are just awful and are not optimized for a native mobile experience. They just load up the calendar from the website, which itself is ugly and not well done, showing events that happened in the past. It would be much better to show what is happening in the upcoming g week, with helpful visual cues like icons or colors to distinguish various types of events, maybe regionsof the city, etc. Also, my phone knows where I am and parts of the city I frequent, so it has the potential to recommend nearby upcoming events. As it is, I glance at it, see how crowded than UI is, and just close that section of the app and never come back.
Overall, feels like an app sold by someone who makes generic apps for cities and has focused only on the device requests feature, and when asked whether they do calendars, etc. said "yeah sure" and just wrapped the ugly website into the app. This could really use a designer or UX professional's touch.
