  • Not working

    Camera stopped working suddenly.
    I was checking the videos going back a few weeks before and then suddenly the whole system stopped working.
    I tried everything and then the only option that is giving me is to delete everything from the last two months and restart it again, which is awful because I won’t be able to check the last two months my security camera, especially now that I know someone broken to steal important documents from my home.
    I don’t know if there is any other way to do it, but at this point, I am so disappointed of this system.

  • Not happy in Reno

    Im concerned that OFTEN when I bring my cameras up to view on my i phone or i pad (my previous ipad), they don’t come up and I have to try numerous times until they might come up to view. Sometimes I just exit the app and give up. This is not a pleasant experience, nor what I signed up for, and I’m especially not happy due to what I paid for the equipment and the cost I paid the contractor to install everything! I also have no operating instructions. Where can I go on the internet to locate the operating instructions. After getting a new iPad (I previously had the ability to view the cameras on my old iPad); when reloading my new iPad from the cloud, my new iPad shows the app, but the actual program does not enable my new iPad to access the cameras. NOT HAPPY!

  • Great quality pictures but…

    We had our system installed around our property and business and love the quality of the images and the options available as well as having everything wired in so there’s not a need to constantly replace batteries when they go below a certain point.

    The biggest Grapp I would say we have is that no matter what setting we have tried with the system. It is constantly constantly constantly going off. Our options have been to basically have no notifications at all at the intensity which still causes the camera to go off on every little bug or bush or leaf, but when a person goes by, it doesn’t always detect it.

    It is a better system than the Arlo or ring unfortunately, we are constantly ignoring notifications, which then defeats the purpose of being notified when something may actually be happening on the property that we want to be aware of. We have had a technician out and who overlooked our system several times, but there has been no solution as of yet.
