VFit members can now use the VFit Athlete app to track their performance in class or outside of class, schedule and check-in to classes, compete with friends and family, and share their fitness success and workout analytics. Track your activity and have access to key performance data at your finger-tips, such as calories burned, minutes in each heart rate zone, effort points earned and more. Participant in VFit Athlete challenges designed to keep you motivated and help you meet your fitness goals including our weight-loss challenges. Share your success to show your family and friends how well you are doing meeting your health and fitness goals and motivate them to join you.
