Version 3.10.1 is releasing over the upcoming 7 days and this version should fix this issue once you open the app. If you continue to have issues please reach out via email and we’ll be happy to help you further.
Not getting notified
Love the app in general but sad that I don't get notifications when I ask bobby to ‘remind me’ a day before.

Hi there, this issue should be resolved in the latest update 3.10.2. For the fix to become active you'll have to open Bobby. If after updating you are still facing issues please reach out to our support team and they'll be happy to look into this issue further. Asking for money after spending time building a list
I don’t like how it asks for more money once I have already invested time to create half of my subscription list. it is despicable to exploit us using the sunk cost psychology.
So close to perfection…it’ll get there with updates!
I’m loving this having jumped up from subbi that had no cloud nor biometrics. It’s got a ton of services a few others I tried lacked,subbi let me custom build those so does this. But it seems to pick colours out on certain subs only letting me pick if I do a manual setup which is a gutter. Also seemed to hide offer v 1 thus paying an extra 25% which will always raise my brow - just take away that offer if your not doing it anymore as it’s annoying when losing money hand over fist in this mine field AppStore. For what it is v2 is still great value (all the same stuff from what I see just an extra quid on top) and remains sub free itself which is admirable. Fast becoming my favourite sub tracker so just update & add edit features!

I don’t get notifications
This app has not sent me a single reminder for my upcoming subscription renewals.
Crashes on Launch
Right now I can’t use the app as it crashes on launch every time. This started happening after the most recent update in the App Store. I don’t even see a splash screen. Issues persists after a reboot. No response from developer.
Everything Disappears
Disappointed when using the app and adding items to a new category, everything disappeared including all existing items in other categories. Yet app still shows totals nothing in the list.
Have bought every expansion for the app, though also worth noting “all in one” pack does not get any new additions when they add them which was unfortunate but upgraded individually with the new addition.
I have sent an email to devs for support to see if there is a bug or a recovery option, can update review if so.

Great app too keep track of any bills or subscriptions
Simple yet intuitive has a wide variety of subscriptions baked in to add but you can also add ones missing
