  • Getting Frustrated

    I use to live this app. It has everything I need to keep track of my bills. I had purchased this app over a year ago and was amazed by it. There was an update or something and now I have so many problems. My paid bills come back as unpaid, can’t save changes I need to make for adjustments, and keeps multiplying partial payments made. I wish they would fix these bugs soon.

  • Star Rating from 5 to 3..Annoying

    I just paid for the full access today and I am so disappointed. When I swipe left to edit the amount of the bill, the amount does not change. I literally tried to do this 10 times and it’s not working! I also don’t see where I can edit a recurring bill for one particular month instead of changing the entire series of bills!! I even requested to hide my account balances and they are still showing!!!

    When I first downloaded the app, I was having a few issues with it and gave it two stars. I reached out to the developer and he responded right away and created an update that would resolve my issue! This app is everything I am looking for in a bill tracker app. I feel that it could be a few minor improvements but after speaking with the developer, I know this app is well on it’s way to becoming the perfect app!

    I took the app from a 5 star to a 3 start because it seems like every other month something is wrong with the app. When I logged on today it doubled all my bills and categories and it took the end dates off all the bills that I had end dates for. Also, (one again), when I hit “edit amount”, the amount does not change. This app is starting to become very annoying. I finally get a good system and flow going with my bills just for the app to mess up again and throw me off track!!!! If we have to pay to use the app, we expect it to work properly!!!!!

  • Love love love it!

    I love this app! I have had it for a while now. It’s $5 one time fee to unlock all the features and it is definitely worth it for my needs. The only reason I give it a 4 star rating is because I cannot seem to find an option to “skip” a payment or put in how much you paid for something without it changing the amount for the future payments. Sometimes, I might skip paying my credit card bill but there is no option or maybe I pay an extra $100 towards it or a lower $50 towards it, I cannot change that without it changing the total amount due in my future bills.

    If they find an update for this. This app will be the perfect tracker but right now, it’s still freaking amazing!

  • Unnecessary notifications of paid bills

    All in all I like app. Although when a bill is paid, I wish it would not be seen in my what’s due list or be notified that it’s due. Then I check and it’s already been paid. So please fix that.
  • HELP HELP HELP

    Ok this seems like the only way I can reach out. The recent update crashes the app as soon as you open it. I rebooted my phone and it still crashes. Trying to submit for support through the app gets me a submit screen that has everything cut off from the body of the message/issue down, so I can’t get to any submit button and I can’t find your site anywhere online. Please help fix this asap!!

  • Love the app but not version 3.7.0

    Updated to 3.7.0 today and now every time I try to log into my account it crashes. Currently on iOS 13.3.1 on iPhone 11 Pro. Tried on my fiancé’s iPhone X running iOS 13.3.1 and issue happened again. App runs fine until I log into account, during sync it crashes. Then app crashes instantly at launch since being signed in. Only way around it is to delete app, redownload, then try signing in again just to have it crash again. Please look into this or roll back the update.

    One feature I would like to see is the ability to add credit cards but when you make a payment towards a total balance, the payment actually shows a deduction so you don’t have to keep updating each month for the credit cards you don’t pay in full.

  • Best and simple to use

    I have used pretty much every bill app. This app is very similar to the old bill tracker app that I loved but it is no longer being updated. This should be in the top 5 financial apps.
  • Keeps Crashing

    This was great app and I even paid for the upgrade. However, after a couple months the app would crash every time I marked a bill as paid. Very frustrating when paying multiple bills. I tried to reload the app but now it’s not recognizing my user name or password and I am not getting the email to reset the password. I’ve lost months of all my bill information.

  • Better than most

    I like being able to track my income as well as my bills/spending. It helps as I try to maintain a positive cash flow every month.
    I tried emailing the developer thru the app but it bounced back.
    Dev: if you’re reading this, please add the ability to set a recurring bill for four weeks (current settings are three weeks then one month). I like to pay my mortgage every four weeks as it’s an painless way to make a 13th payment every year.

  • Okay but doesn’t always work

    The app is okay. I even paid to get the unlimited bills. I can’t add one off bills, only recurring ones, or it errors out. I love that it has graphs to show a breakdown. It would be better if it didn’t crash so much and I could truly use the full functionality. On the other side of this I tried to send an email through the app to the developer but it was sent back saying it wasn’t a valid address for the server. I’d love to give this more stars once the functionality is fixed.
