There are many things about this app that need improvement. Some of the rules during online play don’t make sense. The biggest is that it does not allow the option for players to subtract from their score after shooting. A second is not having an option to boot problem players by table vote like pogo. When you click the button to email the app creators, it’s a dead link. So there are no chances to improve the site.

Yes, Moonshots are always +26. Probably you just did not set up any email account in default Mail app on your iPhone.
Flawed game written by russian developer
The game is the best visually but the card distribution is manipulated by the app dev. Distribution of cards is not random resulting in an application that could be excellent getting a low rating. The app uses the device MAC address which is terrible.
