  • Scam

This game is a joke and a scam to get your money. I have been the challenger in over 300 ranked battle matches this week. Two of my three maxed out black diamond signature card pitchers can’t get an out and have an ERA over 7. My maxed out signature diamond closer with a rating of 120 has blown leads in over 30 games, yet in those 300 plus games I have been the challenger, 130 of them losses, I have yet to come back if I was losing going into the 9th inning. The odds that a team cannot have one come back win, or even tie, when losing as they enter the 9th in 300 plus games is astronomical. 98% of the opposing closers are lower rated than my closer, yet my closer blows lead after lead. I also find it funny that the only relief pitcher on my staff that is in poor condition is the pitcher that is always put into the game when leading going into the 8th inning. And of course, that pitcher gives up 5 or 6 runs and I lose, even when leading by 4 or 5 runs going into the 8th because my team will not cause the other team’s closer to blow a lead. I have an overall rating of 112.3, 30 mentor level, and 70 in training, yet my team continually loses. I’m either losing to teams rated lower with less training or I am matched up against teams rated at least 5 points higher. It is sad that I start the week out 44-1 and am 10 games under .500 since. This game is such a joke and the developers are only greedy scam artists that want your money. Don’t waste your time.

  • Enticing Game but too time consuming

I’ve played this game everyday for the last month and this is what I have come up with. If you’re looking for the best MLB game on the App Store. This is it. Gameplay, card collecting, authenticity, it’s checks all the boxes. But the biggest issue this game has, is that the company cares nothing about the player. It’s very easy to see how all of these promotional packs are cash grabs, as leveling up players from tier to tier costs an ungodly amount of time or money, which shouldn’t be how you reward the player. “Hey we love that you’re enjoying the game, now here’s a paywall.” (I haven’t spent more than $50 on the game). I have been playing this game since 2014 back in the old days. They need to add and bring back the real auction where you could list players and receive stars and points that way. Also they need to add more spots to receive grade ups, Black Diamond pieces, and grade changes. As those are really not accessible unless you spend money, which is not very user friendly and don’t allow you to progress. If com2us is reading this, please just remove the game limit for leagues and ranked. It would make a lot of these people have less complaints since they could get rewards faster. Other than that, the game is great and very enjoyable.

  • Amazing game… but one problem

No doubt MLB 9innings 23 is the best baseball game I have ever played… but one thing I think needs to be fixed is the amount of money you need to spend to get stars or points and even the packages of player packs/players. Otherwise this game is AMAZING thank you for creating this masterpiece.
  • Roster 2023

Most of the teams are carrying 13 pitchers and 13 position players I’d like to see a new position created UTY for utility players that can play any defensive positions except for pitching and catching to make the game a bit more realistic

  • Legend players

Great game, I’m addicted. I’m a bit confused as to updating teams, trades and signing legendary players. It’s all a bit complicated. Too much going on.

Really good just needs some updates
  • Leaving glitches!

There’s been a batters chem issue for 1.5 years that the mlb 9 innings community has known about, yet you’ve neglected to acknowledge or fix it. You’ve finally acknowledged it today, but said “We are not going to be fixing the bug until later which means we are not going to immediately fix the bug that’s affecting players with batters chem”. That’s verbatim and ignorant. For how much money you make, the fact you are representing the MLB (I know know you pay for your license, but still a MLBPA license), charge ridiculous prices for items, have such a low useful drop rate on anything, and have so many bugs without real compensation and/or fixing those bugs is why I’m done. Anyone thinking of downloading this game, don’t. They are essentially a company that has it’s players addicted to gambling. Their odds are so low on useful things you pay for. I’m not talking about paying $5-$10 here and there, oh no. They charge $100 on certain items and they’re still a gamble! Fix the bug and give fair compensation to show you actually care about all of your players or myself and 100’s of others are done playing. Also I mean both paying and non paying players. I’ve spent a good amount of money in this game and it’s time to do something for all players.

  • Og player

Hi I’ve played this game since way back when it was 9innings pro I’ve always loved it but one thing has gotten me very frustrated 9innings used to have an entire card market with an entire economy that was the the meca of this game that was top tier gaming now it can take literally months and month of hope and luck to maybe get the player you want using team select packs it has been very defeating it honestly feels like it if you can’t spend money weekly on this game that you fall very far behind the rest of the competitors PVP mode is absolutely lopsided you can be in the 80s and regularly play teams well over 120 as a team overall once you get to a certain point it’s very hard to get any player that could possibly be put into your lineup it’s so extremely hard to level up and get to a higher level team overall if you can’t afford to spend 40 or 60 or $99 please bring back the card marketplace for those who can only save up points and stars through months of gameplay

  • Perfect

Super high quality with nothing bad about it one of the most underrated games out there, one thing all the swearing in chat there should be a thing to not say words resembling swear words
  • Random suggestions

I throughly enjoy this game. I feel like each new update helps better the game. I do have a few suggestions and these could be spread throughout future updates. As far as actual game play, would love for y’all to add a challenge play button. While this is not necessarily a make or break suggestion, I think it would just add to the overall gameplay experience. Also as far as gameplay, give outfielders the ability to actually be able to throw players out to the basemen. It is a little frustrating seeing plays that any outfielder could make just automatically be an on base for the opposing team. Now as far as a couple gameplay mechanics for what is essentially a career mode is add player injury mechanic as well as the ability to option players for a recovery cycle. And last but not least much like in real baseball add a trade mechanic. Give players the ability to do trades much like in the MLB. These are just suggestions I have that I think about as I enjoy playing the game.
