App is fine, iFollow is crap!
I paid to watch the first match this season against Bristol City (which I’ve still not seen), and the iFollow support team admitted to me in an email that there was a known glitch with the iOS app that did not allow you to sign in. You can ONLY watch the full match live or via replay in the app, as iFollow does not allow you to view it in a browser. But yet you can’t log into the iFollow section of the app due to the glitch. I asked them for a time table for a fix, and nothing. I asked them to refund me since I paid for a service they clearly cannot provide, and still nothing. Avoid attempting to use iFollow if you’re an Apple user, as it’s a clear waste of your time and money until they get their act together.Show lessCrazyhikerguy
App needs fixing ASAP!!!
I have recently renewed my iFollow subscription for 2018/19 season but am unable to access any content via the app. I can log in on my laptop so I know my login information is correct. At $140 this needs fixing before the start of the season because I’m currently paying for a subscription that I can’t access as I plan on watching/listening to games from my phone!!!Show lessWopo100
Buggy
Seems a bit buggy. The "Fixtures" and "Match Centre" tabs in the app sometimes show empty screens. It doesn't show the preseason friendly schedule or results.
Also, if you're in the US and were a PlayerHD subscriber last season be aware that your subscription wasn't migrated to iFollow. You'll have to sign up again.Show less0xdd
Launched too quick; bugs galore
I bought the subscription a month ago. I have yet to get the service I paid for. Initially I was bounced around to no avail by the NFFC office.
iFollow are now handling all customer support questions.
At present every Forest video redirects to Brentford FC.
This is really sloppy and although there might be a feel good factor about a professionalism finally returning to the club: the app is a customer relations disaster as it's taking $140 and delivering nothing.
