My smart speaker is now COMPLETELY useless thanks to the consistent crashing of this broken app!! Until the app gets fixed, I can’t use anything in my smart home! Thanks a lot...ItsJeffH

Forgotten product
Like most sharper image failures the EDGE is no different. In order to take advantage of ever expanding Amazon Alexa features, device firmware revisions are required. Revisions that Sharper Image is financially and operationally unable to support. This is why the sharper image products are always in the clearance bin at TJMaxx and junk stores. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra 5$ on the Amazon brand stuff.Raleigh

Don’t waste your time with this app or this product (sharper image WiFi tower speaker with amazon Alexa). I work in tech and even after hours of trial and error I was never able to get the speaker to connect to WiFi successfully. Packing it up to return right after I submit this review.JakeGoodwin
